LEAN ON AYURVEDA
Guidance. Simplicity. Rejuvenation.
Join the Ayurvedic Community Fall Reset.
"We need to take a brief pause at the beginning and end of the day, a longer pause every week, and an even longer one at the end of every month.
During seasonal transitions, birthdays, anniversaries, pregnancies, births, and in the crucial times of our menstrual cycles - when the appropriate pause must be observed - we are likely to re-enter the hallowed space of self and re-examine our lives, purpose, reality, karma, and goals.
Then we can move along incrementally and remain present with all things."

Community Fall Reset (18-20 September)
You've been wishing to be able to step into this Fall differently.
You've been longing for an experience that's unrushed and deliberate.
You've been desiring to create a threshold with more reverence to the changing seasons and to your body itself.
Your dear body, that's been carrying you through thick and thin for many years now.
Seasonal cleanses - or resets in āyurveda serve the purpose of creating a pause before our body steps into a new experience.
They serve the purpose of honouring one thing ending and another - beginning.
Seasonal cleanses are designed to support the physical body that's moving through this seasonal threshold by reducing its digestive burden and by pacifying the senses.
They're about getting out of our body's way for just a little while to allow it to do what it does best - rejuvenate.
I'll be leading my Community through yet another cohort of a Seasonal Reset this September - and you're warmly invited to join us.

Schedule & what to expect
We'll be gradually phasing out & removing caffeine, refined sugar and alcohol from our diet for a period of about 10 days.
This preparation will start on Monday 14 September. On this day, at 6 PM CET we'll have an online Community Gathering to mark the beginning of the Reset. There will be plenty of space and time to have your questions answered and to meet other participants.
On Friday 18 September we will transition into the āyurvedic monodiet of kitcharee for the period of 3 days (20-22 September), which will allow our digestive system to rest and to reset. This time period can also be accompanied by a version of a digital detox.
On Sunday 20 September we will gather for our online Closing Circle, where you'll have the chance to share your experience with others to deeper integrate your lessons and take-aways. Here you'll receive guidance about transitioning back into your diet safely and you'll be given suggestions for seasonally appropriate rasayana - āyurvedic rejuvenative therapies that you easily take on at home.
We'll continue abstaining from caffeine, refined sugar and alcohol for a few more days after the reset experience is complete.
As a participant, you'll have a designated space outside of social media to connect, to encourage each other and to receive prompt support from me during your cleanse.
Working with Vytaute during the Ayurveda cleanse was an incredible experience. She met me exactly where I was, providing personalized guidelines tailored to my specific needs. This reset was exactly what I needed to feel more balanced and mindful with my eating habits. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

It was a challenge but so worth it and I gained so much more than a break in my digestion. I got insight into my own eating habits, I found a peace that I don’t normally experience being quite an anxious person, I re discovered the different tastes of food and I am so much more mindful when eating.

FAQs
Not necessarily.
It's helpful to minimise your non-essential engagements and commitments during this time.
But it may be that you'll need to work.
It may be that you'll need to care for family.
We are all householders with various responsibilities.
This reset will meet you exactly where you are. Join our opening session and you'll see - we come from all walks of life!
That being said, the more space you create, the more benefit you'll draw from this experience. Physical and mental digestion go hand in hand, and they need us to stop and pause every now and then. That's just how it is.
If you wish to participate, you'll be advised to find organic yellow mung beans and organic basmati rice. Having access to a simple selection of spices is also useful. We will also be using organic ghee - store-bought or home-versions are both fine!
Finally, for those who wish to experience the ayurvedic ritual of snehana (oleation therapy) at home, having some cold-pressed sesame oil (or another type of Vata-balancing oil) is advised.
When you join, you receive your personal copy of the Reset Guidelines - which comes with recipes and a shopping list!
Yes you can! In the past we've had participants starting a few days early and even a week later. If you choose to participate in the Community sessions and the online sharing space, you'll still enjoy the momentum created by our Collective.
I remain available "backstage" to guide any participant who wishes for more support well into a week after the reset is over.
